Plant-A Insights Group conducted an in-depth study to develop a robust database of approximately 3,000 employers across the U.S. with more than 1,000 employees. This initiative involved analyzing various workplace factors, ensuring a comprehensive and well-rounded understanding of employee satisfaction and organizational performance. The dashboard enables companies to benchmark their workplace against competitors across 10 key workplace-related categories.
The goal is to provide employers with specific insights into their performance across these workplace-related categories, allowing them to compare their results with competitors. This helps identify strengths, pinpoint areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance employee satisfaction and overall organizational effectiveness.

Greatest Workplaces Insights conducted a pre-study survey with HR professionals in the U.S. to identify key factors influencing employee satisfaction.
