Refining the Employee Experience Survey Through HR Insights
Greatest Workplace Insights conducted a pre-study survey with HR professionals in the U.S. to identify key factors influencing employee satisfaction. These insights were used to refine our employee survey and develop specific statements about the employee experience for inclusion in the questionnaire.

Designed to be demographically representative of U.S. Census Data, the study evaluates participants’ familiarity with U.S. employers across various industries, assessing overall recommendations and 10 key workplace categories, covering over 250 data points per company.
